Information obligation
In the interest of Your personal data safety, complying with the legal obligation arising from the regulation of the Article 13 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the right to free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (hereinafter the “Regulation”), we inform that:

Purpose and Legal Grounds of processing Your personal data
The Controller will process Your personal data only for the purposes of:

performance of the contract concluded with Metalfer Polonia sp. z o.o., including contact with the Counterparty, in order to perform the contract properly (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation);

realization of complaints related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract and archiving the documentation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation);

recovery of receivables (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation);

conducting statistics, marketing activities and sending commercial information by electronic means (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation);

handling of incoming applications sent from the contact form, in order to answer the questions which are included in applications and keeping certain motions and replies in order to ensure accountability (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation);
Receivers of personal data
The Controller may send personal data to authorized subjects which process personal data on behalf of the Controller, including employees in order to execute their responsibilities, subjects which support the Controller’s duties, deliverers of postal services, couriers, law firms.
Period of which Personal Data will be stored
The Controller is obliged to keep personal data for the period stated in law regulations or if it is necessary for the Controller to function correctly.
Transmission of Personal Data to the Third Country/International Organization
Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Community comprising the European Union, The Kingdom of Norway, The Principality of Liechtenstein and Iceland.

You have the right to access and rectification Your personal data, if the processed data is incomplete or invalid; deletion, limitations of processing; transfer of data to the another Controller; withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing in the event of data processing on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data; object to the processing of data. Your rights may be limited because of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
Furthermore, You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, when you think that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation (ul. Stawki 2; 00-193 Warszawa).
Your data is not used by us to make decisions based on automated data processing, which could affect your legal situation or cause other similar significant effects on you.
